UG Athletes Bag Four Medals In Nigeria
The University of Ghana athletes who represented Ghana at the Annual International Invitational Relay event at Benin City, Nigeria bagged four medals in 4x100m, 4x100 mixed relay, 400m and 200m.
The UG Relay Team made up of Saminu Abdul-Rasheed, James Dadzie and Solomon Kweku Hammond and Barnabas Agerh (University for Development Studies, Tamale) finished second in 4x100m with a time of 39.60 seconds.
